This hotel is a luxurious retreat with exclusive amenities that cater to all of our needs. the service is impeccable, and the massage session at the spa was a divine experience. Our room here had many advantages, including a comfortable bed, spacious bathroom with premium toiletries and breathtaking views. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast and the special diet menus provided at the restaurant. the private facilities were very exclusive to us. A prime location, it was easy to access the city's attractions, and outdoor dining was delightful. Cons: One minor issue was that the bar/ lounge area was sometimes noisy at night.

Clean hotel, enjoyable breakfast, the location is incredible near grocery store as well as bakatas port. The check out is late.

The hotel was clean and the food was good. The cleanliness of the rooms was definitely a plus, and the fact that the food was of good quality was a nice surprise. the location of the hotel was great. It was situated in a key location, making it easy to access various attractions and transportation options.

The staff at the reception were uncooperative and arrogant. They initially agreed to a late checkout for an extra fee, but then said the hotel was full and couldn't allow it.

Clean hotel with fantastic location in Istanbul short walk to Kabatash tram station, taksim square and kapatash station, Taksim. Really had really nice stay in this property for the second time.

Very good location and staff - they offered a really great stay in a practical location. Lots of food at breakfast, such as fruit and cheese. The room was elegant, with bosphorus view. Smooth check-in was a bonus.

Delightful hotel, we loved the understanding staff and fashionable room. Its location was central, within walking distance of Ataturk Cultural Center. All the services were excellent.

It was a fine time staying at this brand-new hotel. The staff was highly courteous, the property was fairly clean and placed in an old part of the city close enough to the Taksim Square, Istanbul. The early check-in process too.

This hotel is conveniently located close to a variety of attractions, including Taksim and Dolmabahce Palace, only a 10-minute walk away. The hotel is also situated near the Kabatas Tram, providing easy access to Sultanahmet sightseeing area. The staff are friendly and welcoming, with fast check-in and check-out services. The rooms are clean and spacious, with excellent room service. The hotel offers great value for money and provides a comfortable stay for guests.

The hotel always created the best atmosphere for us city explorers. Amenities include airport shuttle, terrace, and coffee shop. The museum is nearby.

The venue seamlessly harmonizes contemporary architecture. except for the elevator music, which transported me straight to the early 2000s.

Free daily tea and coffee, large breakfast buffet, and delicious room service meals at reasonable prices. High hospitality standards, safe and secure environment, and complimentary lemonade and pastries for kids. Impeccable cleanliness and soundproof rooms with comfortable beds.

The hotel surprised us with welcome drinks and an upgrade to a better room. The view was amazing, especially during sunset. The breakfast buffet was varied and delicious.

Breathtaking View: Nestled in the hills of Beyoglu, the hotel offers stunning Bosphorus and city views from the exclusive terraces. Sitting there with a cocktail, it felt like being in a scene from a movie, where the protagonist marvels at the world laid out before them, only this time it was real.

Distance to Starbucks: Limited walking distance to nearby attractions.

We had a great stay at this hotel in Istanbul. The location is perfect, in a lively area close to Taksim Square and down the hill in the sea side. The hotel facilities are amazing - daily complimentary coffee and tea bags in the room, a large clean bathroom with great toiletries and beautiful partial sea views. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Mr Serkan who provided excellent service during check-in and check-out. All in all, a very clean and well-maintained hotel in a great location, with easy access to transportation.

I chose this hotel for attending a synod because it provides excellent conference facilities, which were crucial for my work. The conference space was well-equipped and spacious, providing a conducive environment for productive meetings and discussions.

The only service I missed for my work was a reliable and efficient printing and photocopying service within the hotel premises. This would have been beneficial for any urgent document handling required during the synod.

The rooms at The Artisan Istanbul are simply stunning! I stayed in one of the suites with a breathtaking Bosphorus and city viewing terrace, and it felt like a dream. The modern decor, comfy bedding, and the pillow menu made it a perfect retreat after a day of exploring.

I found the electric kettle a bit small for my tea-loving self, but hey, that's just me!

I had a good experience here, everything was amazing, the location was strategic next to Takssim, subway and grocery store. I got deluxe king room for 1 night with climate control, an individual safe and a stone fireplace, appreciated it. This hotel met every demand in every way, totally recommend.
